Time For A Change

Last night, Obama gave his first State of the Union address. He spent more than half of the 69 minute speech talking about finances, ranging from jobs and tax break, to the national debt. Americans "face more than a deficit of dollars right now. We face a deficit of trust, deep and corrosive doubts about how Washington works that have been growing for years." Our nation is hurting. As of December, 2009, our unemployment rate is at 10%. That is insane. It seems like nobody is safe. My background is in education. Everybody always thinks of that as a safe field. Not anymore! I know teachers, police officers, firefighters, people in almost every field you can think of, who have lost their jobs. And what are people doing about it. Most people are complaining, and crossing their fingers hoping that they aren't next. I don't know about you, but I am not taking that chance. I am a firm believer that EVERYONE should build some sort of extra income to help secure their future. You never know where the next budget cut will be. You never which company will be next to shut down. Times are changing. If you are relying on your job as your only source of income, my prayers are with you. I would love it if the economy suddenly turned around, people got their jobs back, and the worries went away. The truth is, unfortunately, that is not happening. If you have ever wanted to start your own business, but you have been letting something hold you back, enough is enough. Stop procrastinating and take on a proactive approach to your future. I have been, and I feel better about my future everyday. I am here to help. Take advantage of some great free information about business marketing at http://globalsuccesswithjoe.com
